Where my attention has been and will be for awhile.
Social media is a part of this,
I love connecting but I also know that too much noise is not good for my soul.
The comparison.
The ick feel.
The mindless scrolling.
The overwhelm of information that leaves you feeling even more lost & confused.
But then, the light. ✨
Those posts that feel like they speak to you.
The thing you need to hear or see right at that moment that opens up your mind to what is possible for you.
The motivation to take that next step with tips on how.
The people you connect with, the relationships you can make.
👉🏼Here's what I'm doing to cultivate the environment I want on instagram.
It's just like real life, get rid of the toxic and surround yourself with the love.
Unfollow or hide people that make you feel ick, that you find yourself resenting, or saying negative things about..
Pick 1-2 people or pages in each realm of your interest, goals, hobbies that you are going to trust as your teacher/mentor and lean into them. My realms, endurance training, weightlifting, recipe, dogs, plants, hippie s**t, business growth, faith, mindset & personal growth.
Star your favorite people|pages so they pop up first on your feed so you know you'll be exposed to what you want.
It has helped me 10 fold. I hope this encourages you to find a way to use social as a tool to support what you want in your life, not a way to validate all the things you feel you lack.

It was me about 6 months ago.
Takeout chicken tenders gave me life many of those days.
I was riding first class on the hot mess express mentally, physically, emotionally.
** Meaning it was a good day when I only cried once.
The thing is, I see so many women that live their life like the above, on the daily.
And then wonder why their body hates them.
Maybe you can relate.
Living life with the mindset that one day you'll change but for now you have to figure out how to make it work.
👉🏼And then you get upset with yourself when you can't lose weight,
👉🏼when you skip the gym,
👉🏼when you struggle to find happiness with yourself and your body.
The day you accept that depleted and defeated is your new normal is the day you quit on yourself and your body.
Trying to make changes to your body when you're living in that environment is like attempting to climb Mt. Everest without a single day of training or knowledge on how to do so.
It's nearly impossible.
If this resonates with you, I want you to know a few things.
✨You're not alone.
✨You and your body are not broken.
✨Beating yourself up is just perpetuating the shame.
✨You can shift out this & everything can change for you.
I wasn’t the greatest example of health 6 months ago but today I can say, I’m back to ME and it started with the 8 step framework found in Women’s Nutrition Catalyst.
