Flow with me 🌊 some of my favorite Pilates exercises in real time from day 2 of this block. Moving like a šŸ¢ā€¦it feels so good to slow down!

These can easily be added to the start or end of your lifting session as well. I’ve really been enjoying 30 mins mat Pilates then 30 min strength training. My muscles are super engaged and the movements synced up with my breath get my mind ready to lift! 🧠 ✨
