It's time to raise your voice! 📣
The Colorado Disability Opportunity Office is conducting one of the country's first statewide surveys to better understand the needs and strengths of people with disabilities across Colorado.
If you:
✔️ Have a disability, or
✔️ Care for someone with a disability,
and are a Colorado resident age 18 or older, we encourage you to participate!
🕒 Takes about 20 minutes
🔒 Voluntary and confidential
👨👩👧 Parents and guardians may complete the survey for or with their child
📅 Survey closes July 14, 2026, at 5 p.m. MDT
Your input will help inform future programs, services, and opportunities for Colorado's disability community. 💙
