We have some HUGE news!! Greg and I are now the proud owners of the existing Zing! Cafe in Carmel. Our first open date is Wednesday, December 3rd at 7am.

We will have an updated menu rolling out January 2nd. We are so thankful that the existing staff (who is currently amaZING) is going to stay on with us and help make this transition a smooth one.

Hey Morristown! It appears that our generator decided to go on vacation without us. We are currently sitting in the dark in the trailer! We apologize but it looks like we are going to have to pack up the donut wagon and take her home for repairs. We apologize for any inconvenience and we have loved seeing some familiar faces!!!

This Friday let us take care of your protein for supper. Blue Smoke BBQ will be set up at Mr. Discount Noblesville in Strawtown from 3 - 6pm Friday November 21st! We will still sell pulled pork and chopped briskets and loaded nachos, but I want to add ribs and this is how we are going to do it. In the pic below is my son Asher, smoking at the time St. Louis style ribs. I realized I have never taken a picture of the whole spare rack of ribs I have smoked that are over 5lbs starting out. We are going to offer a whole rack at $40 or 2 racks for $70. Spare ribs will have the riblets intact. Big racks! Help me out and let me know who is buying, this way I can make sure I make enough. I don’t want to make 20 and bring home 18, lol. Stay Blessed!
