TableTalks last night. We talked about Mental Health and how to fight the war within. Thank you to the speakers for the courage and vulnerability to share your story. Thank you to for your partnership and support. Thank you Pastor Linton Lundeen for wrapping it up with the word.

He posed a great question about mental health. What did the Christians do before Freud and before pysch meds?

They were there for ONE ANOTHER. Do not be in isolation.

1) Accept one another - Romans 15:7
2) Be patient with one another - Ephesians 4:2
3) Be kind and compassionate towards one another - Ephesians 4:32
4) Bear with one another& Forgive one another Colossians 3:13
5) Confess your sins to one another - James 5:16
6) Love one another - Romans 12:10
7)Regard one another as more important than yourselves- Philippians 2:3
8.)Bear one another’s burdens - Galatians 6:2
9) Encourage one another - 1 Thessalonians 5:11
10) Pray for one another - James 5:16
