I joined an early run with my running group this morning. It was fun seeing some familiar faces. The 4am alarm was tough- but worth the change of scenery and company!
My weekly mileage is creeping up. Hard to believe a few months ago I wasn’t able to run 2 miles without walk breaks!

I’ve slowly been adding running back into my routine. I have no expectations for what it’s going to look like, but I’m finally getting out the door. New shoes and everything! Walk breaks are still involved and distance goals don’t exist. But it feels sooooo good (even when it doesn’t 😆).
