The State wide Louisiana Civil Rights Conference & Forum
The purpose of this Conference is to assess, explore & evaluate the
effectiveness, responsiveness and readiness of the civil rights apparatus in the state of Louisiana to receive and handle cases involving human rights in the criminal & civil justice system, educational systems, economic development, healthcare, employment & other family related concerns.
The Conference is calling together the major civil rights organizations to affect the handling of cases in which a persons civil rights, constitutional rights and/or human rights have been violated.
Such as:
Police Action & Prosecutorial actions in charges in towns, cities & locations in general in Louisiana.
Women, Mothers, Men, Father, Sons & Daughter being charged with intimidation of a police officers, after complaining to police chiefs.
Chiefs of Police are sworn to assure protection of citizens, all citizens.
In Columbia, Louisiana a mother is distraught over the mishandling of her son. Bastrop, Louisiana citizens are seeking justice for murder by officer and citizens.
Recent Murders in Monroe, Louisiana; "the Grammont Street killings" of two(2) young men and a toddler.
Since the Autumn 2025 murders on Grammont Street, several teen murders have occurred in Monroe.
Other systemic issues are plaguing Northeast Louisiana and the stress on neighborhoods, it's people; their children and families must be addressed, including other civic and societal concerns.
It is known as of January 7, 2026; healthcare, secure transportation from point to point, increased surveillance from various sources through no fault beyond governmental inducement must be addressed.
In Louisiana, real representation in congress is lacking, specifically in Northeast Louisiana.
