Me and my Mini-Me, working on Chin Stands. She doesnβt really need them, but we are working on bringing her fingers forward for alignment. For me, I need the blocks to stabilize my shoulders. Working towards no blocks at all. Not as easy as it looks! Progress, not Perfection.

Reverse Plank this pose is especially good for the muscles in your lower back, your hamstrings and your glutes, if properly braced you will feel this in your abs as well. If you do happen to have lower back issues, if properly aligned correctly Reverse Plank can ease that pain by strengthening the core muscles. Namaste π§ββοΈ πππ
