Cholesterol isn’t the enemy, but how you address it could be. We could also make the argument that low cholesterol is just as bad if not worse than high cholesterol. We have great success in practice addressing it from a microbiome level, but alot of people will see better numbers just by adding in good quality omegas. From personal experience, if you have tried omegas in the past with no results, you haven’t tried these 😜.

Created as a resource for clients, but this is a great starting point for anyone who suspects fungal overgrowth. I’ve seen quite a few people even start to lose weight when addressing fungal issues. Herbs work best when you also address food sensitivities and the environment that allowed microbes to thrive in the first place.

I would consider this to be a chronic Lyme case. This client came to me after trying lots of other things. She had zero energy, extreme brain fog, and other debilitating symptoms. She was an optimal client because she was desperate to feel better. She followed food and supplement protocol to a T. After 4 weeks, she saw huge improvement. After 8 weeks, she could resume normal activities including working out. After 12 weeks, she was almost back to her pre- symptom self. Now we are optimizing.

We see clients of all ages, but a large part of our practice is perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause. The world has sold you a lie that you just have to suck it up and get through it. You don’t have to have pain, hot flashes, mood fluctuations, sleep disruption, or fatigue. There are great herbs, supplements and even hormones to keep you feeling great. Sometimes we do see a need to test more regularly through this period to manage the rollercoaster of hormones, but it is absolutely manageable. We strongly recommend even if you are seeing a doctor for hormone therapy that you see them more often and test regularly to manage your dosing as well.

How does it work? You lay on the table face up. I use your arm muscles. I hold vials and supplements over your brain with a magnet to amplify the response. Your arm muscle strengthens or weakens based on neurofeedback. We muscle test blind so that there is no influence from either of us. The brain is miraculous and was perfectly designed by our Creator. I love science.

When we test young children, we use the parent as a proxy. The child lays on the parent and we use the parents arm muscle. The body was created so miraculously!. This child presented with a pretty severe case. In chronic illness or extreme cases, clients may need to see us more often to ensure we are adjusting to what the body needs.
Inspired by our favorite local chiropractors office, we added a red light room to our office. Clients get to spend 10 minutes in here relaxing the nervous system and taking in some healing red light after their appointment.
