We've been quiet, but we haven't been standing still! 🏃‍♀️💨

Just this past week, 🗓

We diagnosed, and repaired a refrigerator that wasn't cooling properly where a different "appliance repair technician" left them hanging! 🙃

He said that she would need to order a part, and then never ended up telling her what it was, and when she reached out there was nothing but radio silence! 🤫📻

She reached out to us. We zipped on down there, diagnosed it within minutes, and went above and beyond by verifying all other components were in tip top shape! 💪

Two days later, her refrigerator is working without issue, and she's going to save a pretty penny on the bags of ice she had been using for nearly a week in limbo waiting on the original "technician". 🙃
