This year we started our Singing Valentines a day early, especially for places that won't be open on the weekend. It was a good warmup for a busier day tomorrow!
We are once again on the radio until about 5:30 this afternoon! Tune in to 90.7 HooSkow Radio to hear some love songs.
The Chordsmen sent a quartet to record a radio spot for HooSkow Radio yesterday, with 30 minutes of music to get the word out about Singing Valentines!
Listen for us around 5pm Sunday or Thursday on 90.7 on The Maine Zone With Maine's Own, hosted by Jitterbug Jimmy!

Thanks to those in Albion who invited us to sing at their Carol Sing and Tree Lighting this afternoon. It was great to sing with Mr. And Mrs. Claus!
Wrapping up our second-to-last week of Christmas carol sing-outs! From nursing home visits to tree lightings to private Christmas parties, the Chordsmen have been keeping very busy this season!
We have 2 more locations to hit on Tuesday, then 5 more on Saturday before we take a break till next year!

The Chordsmen participated in two wonderful celebrations this weekend for Veterans Day, singing patriotic and religious songs such as "The Star-Spangled Banner," "God Bless America," and "Let There Be Peace on Earth."
On Sunday, we sang at Royal Ridge Church of God in Scarborough, Maine, as part of their annual ceremony with Quilts of Valor.
On Tuesday, we continued our tradition of performing at the Sidney Historical Society's Veterans Day service.
It is an honor to be able to provide music for community events like this!
