Her main reason for working with me wasn’t bloating or stomach pain. It’s a skin rash that keeps coming back.

Instead of continuing to chase the symptom, we decided to look deeper.

That’s one of the things I love most about functional nutrition. Sometimes the clues you’re looking for aren’t found on your skin; they’re found somewhere else entirely.

Not every client needs advanced testing. Every woman who works with me does start with an HTMA because it gives us a strong foundation to build from. But when someone’s symptoms or history tell us we need more information, that’s when a GI-MAP can help us find the missing pieces to their health puzzle.

There’s nothing better than seeing a client finally feel like she’s moving in the right direction after months or sometimes years of trying to figure it out.

If you’ve been dealing with digestive and/or hormone symptoms, or you feel like you’ve been putting band-aids on the problem without ever understanding why it’s happening, I’d love to help.

When we work together, you won’t be left wondering what to do next.

Every recommendation has a purpose, and I’ll explain why we’re focusing on it. As your body changes, so does your plan. And because life doesn’t happen only during appointments, you’ll have support between sessions when questions come up or something isn’t working.

If you’re looking for someone to help you understand why you’re dealing with your symptoms, create a personalized plan, and support you as you put it into practice, send me a message. I’d love to see if you’re a good fit for my 1:1 program.

She reached out because she knew she couldn’t go through another vacation like that again.

Running back and forth to the bathroom & never feeling confident about what she could eat without paying for it later.

“I want to be able to feel confident and actually live in my body.”

The vacations weren’t the only problem.

Those same digestive issues followed her home. Some days she was running to the bathroom more than four times after eating. She felt blah, uncomfortable, and like she was just getting by.

We ran labs and tested her minerals to uncover what her body was actually missing.

We looked at how + what she was eating in her days.

We looked at her supplements & figured out which ones were helping and which were adding fuel to the fire.

We also spent time working on her mindset because food isn’t black and white.

Four months later, she took a weeklong family vacation symptom free.

“I can now go places without worrying about my stomach.”

She also told me she finally had a healthier relationship with food.

“The idea of asking “What can I add to my plate?” feels empowering.”

Her transformation didn’t happen because she found the “perfect” diet or eliminated one more food.

It happened because we supported the systems that actually allow the body to digest, absorb and use nutrients well.

When you build a healthier body, symptoms often stop calling the shots.

You deserve vacations where your biggest decision is what adventure to take next; not where is the nearest bathroom.

If you’re ready to get to the root of your digestive symptoms, send me a message and let’s find the best option for you.

Sharing this feels vulnerable. But, if sharing my story helps one woman realize that there may be another piece of the puzzle worth exploring; it’s worth it. 💜
