Looking back, understanding what l know now. So many of my own digestive struggles were driven by how messed up my nervous system was.
This goes deeper than meditating. Or monthly massages. Chiropractic adjustments. Journaling.
I want to look at your mineral levels as well.
Minerals like magnesium & sodium are absolutely crucial to how our body handles every day stress and how well our nervous system stays regulated.
