Meet ---->DELIC....... seeking assistant producer!

Is looking for an assistant producer talented researcher, and/or talent booker to assist with curating and organizing our Meet Delic event programming.

Are you deeply interested in psychedelics and have your ear to the ground on the, who’s who?

Are you an experienced live event person, looking to get back into the game post-COVID?

Are you a budding producer looking to get top notch real world experience with the psychedelic industry’s premier company?

Experience with live events - a must!

You will be assisting DELIC’s chief creative officer and other DELIC team members in seeking out and securing top talent in psychedelic science, philosophy, wellness, art and entertainment.

You will be organizing the run-of-show and help to shape Meet Delic’s educational programming overall.

You will liaise with the administrative team on speaker and talent logistics leading up to and during the event.

You will coordinate all creative logistics between talent and venue.

You will liaise with talent and management to engage in pre-event promotions.

⁃ You must be available November 5-8, 2021 and able to travel freely within the US.
⁃ You must be able to demonstrate an extreme ability to care for detail.
⁃ You must be flexible and able to comprehend what is common sense.
⁃ You must be self-driven.
⁃ You must care about psychedelic wellness and the betterment of people.
⁃ You must come with a positive, can-do attitude.
⁃ You must be willing to show us your talent - not just say so.

Freelance role.
Up to 10 hours a week to start. Increasing as the event gets closer and certainly 30 days prior to event.
$27hr or negotiated flat rate.
A larger opportunity in producing for DELIC at large available in the future, for the right person.
