More than 110 members of Congress sent a letter to the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, led by Senator John Hoeven and Senator Elissa Slotkin and Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak and Congressman Troy A. Carter, urging USTR to take immediate action against the flood of over-quota foreign sugar devastating the livelihoods of family farmers and factory workers.
We deeply appreciate this bipartisan and bicameral effort to defend the American sugar industry against unfair trading practices.

Kathy and I are praying for the law enforcement officers who were injured while responding to the brush fire near Mountain Home.
