• 3 cups broccoli florets

• 3 cups cauliflower florets

• 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese, blended

• 3 large eggs

• 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella

• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1/2 tsp onion powder

• 1/2 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning

• 1/2 tsp salt

• Black pepper to taste

• Optional: 2/3 cup cooked diced turkey or chicken ham

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.

2️⃣ Prepare the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli and cauliflower florets. If using, add the diced turkey or chicken ham.

3️⃣ Mix the Base: In another bowl, whisk together the blended cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme or Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
