Join this week's discussion on the inadmissibility of evidence tainted by torture hosted by Atlas of Torture and OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR):

Torture is a grave human rights violation that can lead to many more, including the violation of the right to a fair trial.
📍 In the week from 21 to 25 February, together with the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, we will publish every day contributions of experts and discuss how to better ensure that evidence obtained by torture is not used in legal proceedings.
