Adam splits his time between being a Commissioning Editor at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and a consultant at innovative companies like the Ridley Scott Creative Group and Red Bull Media House. He was a long-time Commissioning Editor at Channel 4 in London before becoming the first Commissioning Editor of original programming at Little Dot Studios.
Furthermore, he has won over 90 international awards for his productions, including 6 BAFTAs, an Emmy, 3 Royal Television Society Awards (including 2 Innovation Awards), 2 Media Guardian Innovation Awards, and the Grand Award at the New York International Film & Television Festival. His former media tech company (Redbus CPD) was named “one of the hundred most innovative companies in the UK” in the BT/Cranfield Vision 100 index.
Adam has served on BAFTA’s Television and Interactive Entertainment committees, and is a voting member of the European Film Academy. He is an Honorary Fellow of NUA (Norwich University of the Arts).
