I receive a fair bit of mail as the Lowcountry’s representative in Congress. But I’ve got to say, this was one of my favorites. I hope you enjoy this letter from ten-year-old Teagan as much as I did and take solace in knowing that with future leaders like Teagan, our world is in pretty good hands.

This is great news and another big win for conservation! The ACE Act will help fund several critical conservation programs right here in the Lowcountry - including the North American Wetlands Conservation Act (NAWCA) and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF).
Most importantly, it will help keep our waterways, wetlands, and wildlife healthy for generations of birders, hunters, and outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy.
