Don’t get me wrong, I love cask strength whiskey… but more and more I find myself reaching for bottles below 100 proof. There’s only one issue - a majority of the time they taste watered down and flat, very different from lower proof releases 20-30 years ago. That put me on a journey.
That journey comes full circle tomorrow at noon.
