What about you?
What you need, twin?

Your brain adapts to prediction errors. Not just repetition alone.

Which means the aerialist doing 1000 mindless reps isn’t training smarter than the one doing 100 focused ones.

They’re just more tired.

This is why winging technique and hoping volume fixes it doesn’t work.

Your nervous system needs something to correct.

Without understanding what you’re actually doing and why, there’s nothing for it to adapt to.

But understanding alone won’t save you either. 🤷‍♀️

You can know exactly what a skill requires and still not be able to do it… because your body hasn’t been built to execute it yet.

Smart reps. And the capacity underneath them. That’s the magic combo.

More on this soon. Specifically for straight and bent arm inverts. 👀

Technique matters.
Capacity determines how much of it you actually have access to.

Sometimes it’s one, sometimes the other, usually both. But in my experience, building capacity opens doors that no amount of drilling will.

More capacity. More options. No ceiling.

Where are you looking to grow?
And what are you doing to make it a reality? 🤔
