Capitol Inquiry

Recently one of our investigators had a video camera setup in a vehicle recording the coming and going of the subject of our investigation. The microphone was recording sound inside the vehicle. Normally sound would be off. In this case he recorded the sounds of gunshots. The timing and number of shots indicated that the shooting was intentional and methodical, the assailant was taking his time between shots. We provided our recording to the police, which they used to identify the time of the shooting and adjust the charges for the defendant.
