Chatgpt is very real and more and more people are using it.

I had a client who asked me to go over her contract. Let me say this FIRST.....This lady had a contract from a "FRIEND" to do business with her.

I went over the contract and told my client, it was good to go to move forward. I told her to provide me with a copy when she receives her signed copy.

I got the signed copy and glanced over it before I filed it away.

WHAT DID I FIND YOU SAY?????

The "FRIEND" and business owner had chatgpt add something in the contract that would benefit her and her business and hinder my client, her "FRIEND". Not only did she add something, she had chatgpt copy my clients signature and resign the new contract.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL & PAY ATTENTION!!!
