Americans’ AI adoption is rising, but skepticism is high – even for younger adults. 📈🤨

🤖 About half of U.S. adults report using AI chatbots. Some people are also bringing AI into their homes, through devices like smart speakers, doorbells and thermostats.

However, Americans – including younger adults – are quite skeptical of AI and predict it will have a more negative than positive impact on them and on society.

Our analysis found that in 2023, Israel, Pakistan and Syria had “very high” levels of religion-related restrictions on both the Government Restrictions Index (GRI) and Social Hostilities Index (SHI).

We analyzed religious restrictions in 198 countries and territories from 2007-2023. Each country’s GRI and SHI scores were calculated annually to reflect events that occurred in that country.
