That’s for a year that I learnt the most about my heart, and value of searching for connection. It’s for acknowledging the resilience, resolve and grit of keeping a flame alive. It’s also celebrating love, life and energy within the confines of darkness, yet keeping an eye on the light for a future.

I taught my last practice today. I started teaching in 2022 when they had just opened up. Yelena used to take the Saturday practices, so great to have her back in town for this last flow. It’s sad, but all good things eventually come to an end. Thank you Caleigh for the opportunity to teach. I made so many friends along the way, who have become my co-community in Richmond. Blessings to all those who crossed my path! ❤️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️💚🙏🏾
