Today’s Tip Tuesday is for anyone anticipating a Zoom interview soon. Studies show that maintaining eye contact during an interview is a sign of confidence, self-esteem, and (most of all) level of interest in the job. We’re not saying state your interviewer down and refrain from blinking. Simply, relax and try not do a bunch of eye farting around the screen. If it helps, place a small sticky note in the center of your screen so you know exactly where to look.
