My philosophy with MVP Notarial Services is that everyone I interact with is the Most Valuable Person. As a Triple Commissioned Notary Public (Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia), I wear many hats and perform many functions. Document packages are sometimes large and the signer may be overwhelmed thinking they have to sign all of the papers. My primary purpose after the verification and competency of the signer(s) is established is to ensure that the process is explained succinctly. The signing itself is performed efficiently since prior to meeting with the signer(s) I have done the preliminary work to ensure a smooth and successful signing takes place.

Proper preparation ensures that each person leaves me feeling better than they did upon my arrival. Since I am a mobile notary I will come to you. The many and diverse notarizations that I perform include but are not limited to: various mortgage documents, Home Equity Lines of Credit, Refinance, Debt Resolution, Seller and Buyer transactions, Reverse mortgages, general notary work, loan applications (usually no notarizations are involved--just verifications), etc.
