Ever wonder what the word Perrarus means?

Perrarus is derived from Latin, meaning: very rare, exceptional.

The Perrarus was founded in 2019 to raise awareness & support the members of the rare diseases community.

Perrarus's founder, Katharina Clark, has two rare diseases. The first she was diagnosed with in 2018 - Adult-Onset Still’s Disease. The second she was diagnosed in 2020 - Relapsing Polychondritis. She has been featured on Patient Worthy for her advocacy in the rare disease community.

Her compassion and drive motivated her to create the Perrarus. The products are supposed to bring more than a smile, but kindness, education, and research on
