Fresh bell pepper Basil Pizza

The Preparation 👇
Pizza Base
6 ounces mozzarella cheese
½ cup almond flour
2 tablespoons psyllium husk
2 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons fresh Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Toppings
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium vine tomato
¼ cup Rao’s Marinara Sauce
2/3 medium bell pepper
2-3 tablespoons fresh chopped basil
The Ex*****on
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Microwave mozzarella cheese for 40-50 seconds or until completely melted and pliable.
3. Add the rest of the pizza ingredients (EXCEPT for toppings) to the cheese and mix together well with your hands.
4. Using your hands or a rolling pin, flatten the dough and form a circle.
5. Bake for 10 minutes, and remove pizza from the oven. Top the pizza with the toppings and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
6. Remove pizza from the oven and let cool.

Keto Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

2 c. shredded low-moisture mozzarella
1 c. almond flour
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a microwave safe bowl, melt mozzarella for about 1 minute 30 seconds, stopping to stir every 30 seconds. Add almond flour, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, and a few cracks black pepper. Using your hands, knead dough a few times until a smooth ball forms.
Step 3
Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out into a rectangle ⅛” thick. Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut dough into triangles.
Step 4
Spread chips out on prepared baking sheets and bake until edges are golden and starting to crisp, 12 to 14 minutes.
