Valbin's Center for International Programs (CIP) is a 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit organization founded in 2005. CIP’s mission is to offer international programs in international development, aid and educational programs.

CIP has provided in the past 15 years international programs for Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and other Eastern European countries in partnership with World Learning and Academy for Educational Development.

Located in the heart of the nation, Washington, D.C., CIP connects emerging leaders and equips participants with the skills and expertise necessary to effect positive change in developing countries.

CIP has run programs for Albania (Freedom of Information Act), Kosovo (Developing Trade Policies), Macedonia (Media and Elections), Azerbaijan (Women and Elections; Economic Think Tanks), Kazakhstan (Corporate Social Responsibility), Egypt (Democracy and Governance) and other important topics of international development and international aid.
