I was more than glad to fill in for Owlbear's first show, because I knew it was gonna rock! And why pass up an opportunity to play with your friends and musicians that you highly respect? 😀

Looking forward to Owlbear continuing to crush it out there!

Now that we've all returned to our respective lairs throughout the country, we have a moment to catch our breath and look back.

We could not have asked for a better first show. Thank you to everyone who came out to see us, bought merch, sang along, said hello and generally had a good time at the festival. The reception we received absolutely floored us. Thank you also to Bob and Shane for bringing us out, to Reggies for hosting Legions, and the incredible festival crew for making everything run so smoothly.

A huge thank you also to Pat (Gunderslam, H1Z1), Roque and Mahn (Premium Vintage, Gunderslam, WASD) for joining us on this adventure (especially Mahn for stepping in at the eleventh hour) - We quite literally could not have done this without you, and it was absolute blast to do this *with* you. For those of you reading -- You can hear more from all three in their respective projects, tagged above and later in the post. They are incredible musicians and deserve all the support in the world.

Now it's back to work on Album II.
