"Max had a birthday workout today with a few of his Unity Boat Club Adaptive teammates and some of the CrossFit Adaptation athletes! Mom & Dad were leading the "suprise cupcakes plan" and it was a success! He was SO EXCITED to be at one of his favorite "safe spaces" and we are so grateful for CrossFit Adaptation's commitment to our Unity Programs for over 10 years now!
