Hi, I'm Kiera and I'm a skimmer.
I'm guilty of hitting the headers and subheaders as I make my way down to the price. I'll usually double back and read the body copy if it feels like I'm in the right place.
This is why informative, engaging headlines are non-negotiable. People want all the goods upfront. I mean, there's a reason people eat up greatest hits albums.

With all this chatter about AI, automation, and algorithms, it’s easy to forget that, at its core, marketing is about people. Right there behind every conversion, every click, every purchase is a human being–someone with dreams, desires, frustrations, and challenges. And while data can tell us what people are doing, it can’t give true insight into why they do it. AI efficiency simply cannot make up for a lack of emotional intelligence (EQ).
That EQ allows marketers to tap into the emotions that drive human behavior, build trust through empathy, navigate objections, create resonant messaging, and inspire loyalty. Without it, marketing efforts will barely make ripples in a pond.
This is what people mean when they say AI won’t replace humans in marketing. True empathy is inimitable.

I've had a lot on my mind and heart lately aaaaaaand I'm dumping some of it here... Every Day is a Fashion Show dinner dates, Muse Mastermind, olde 😉 school salons, learning to draw, learning (anything) in front of people, ultradian rhythms and the creation process, how to gamify tracking so more people can leverage their natural energy, finding an intuitive balance between creativity and strategy, what rewilding in branding looks like (and how do we make space for that in capitalism), creating a database with rating system for documentaries a la Charity Navigator, less femme planners, a compendium of Black and Brown international fairy tales.... and other stuff. You know, the usual.
Way late to the party, but do I have any Artist's Way fans? Just started doing morning pages about a week ago and only missed one day--monumental for me haha. Does anyone have any ideas for artist dates?

It’s easy to just write off limiting beliefs.
They keep us from moving on, moving forward… moving up.
But the truth is, limiting beliefs serve a purpose.
They keep us safe and comfortable. They keep people, opportunities, and BIG changes at arm's length, so you can
If you want to stay where you are, limiting beliefs are great. But if you want to make room for bigger, better, brighter, more amazing things, you have to let that s**t go.
If you’ve been:
-Struggling with your message...
-Afraid to step in front of your brand...
-Tiptoeing around charging based on the value you deliver rather than sweat equity...
-Comparing yourself to everyone you see on the ‘gram...
-Waiting for permission or a sign to finally make that leap...
…then today is the day.
Make like Elsa and let all the B.S. go.
Write it down on a piece of paper and burn it.
Run to your nearest smash room and scream it out while you take out your trauma on an old printer.
Or, just drop it in the comments below. Whatever you need to do to release it.
