Really enjoyed inspecting this New Build in Wi******er, and jealous I don't have this extra wide and extra deep garage, this backyard, etc, etc. Congrats to the Buyer!

The shingles are fine on this 9-year old Roof, but the vent pipes are due for replacement of the rubber boots and surrounding sealant. Much more likely for these areas to leak -- even on this newer roof -- than the shingles themselves. Ask your home inspector to recommended a roofing co now before the leaks begin!
