The community showed up with heart, grit, and serious strength today. Five members took on DEKA Strong after over 2 months of focused training, early mornings, tough run‑throughs, and pushing them past every comfort zone. The results were incredible! PRs, breakthroughs, and a whole lot of proud faces.
