FISH 🍣
Max and I whipped up a delicious salmon dinner with a glass of wine, of course!
The salmon was topped with a mix of Dijon mustard, garlic, sliced lemon on top and tossed on the grill for about 12min. Asparagus and tomato’s were the veggies for the night, cooked in a pan with coconut oil, and some sun dried tomato seasoning. We also added Portuguese stuffies on the side; pre made from our local grocery store.
Simple and yummy!😋
I incorporate resistance bands with every at home workout that I do, they are a must for me, they are super cheap and effective.
I am using a long band that is medium resistance. I perform upright rows (as pictured), bicep curls, bent over rows, overhead press, squats, donkey kicks, and if you have a door anchor (which is also not pricy) you can perform pull throughs, front raise, and so so much more!💪

Upright row targets the shoulder muscles and using a band for this exercise provides constant tension throughout the exercise and increases resistance at full contraction.
If you are already in a rhythm of using a barbell or dumbbells for this movement and its working then continue, but it wouldn’t hurt to also include banded upright rows as a finisher!
