My sewing room may have nearly flooded and some items had to be discarded last week because the sump pump failed to be plugged back in after a repair, BUT it gave me the perfect opportunity to purchase a pretty, new rug and reset my sewing room. And I’m so thankful that no machines or customers’ items were harmed.
I also got my hands on some more vintage patterns last night and I’m excited to start adding more to my personal wardrobe in the coming months!

Every memory plush I make is super unique, even when they’re made from the same garments! The customer requested hats be made with scraps from a shirt clipping and I had the PERFECT grey denim to make the hats look like they were made for the bears— because they were! And notice the appliqués of the sweet family photo, printed onto fabric and expertly embroidered on, the embroidered paws, and the mixed-and-matched detail! The green thread on all the details was also a special request and really popped agains the dark colors. All in all, I adore these and cannot wait for them to grt along to their new homes!
I take a little longer on my bears for these sweet details to shine through, but I still maintain affordability and expert construction.
