It's AWESOME to hear everyone excited about their 2014 goals and what they are going to be giving up what held them back in 2013! The challenging thing we must recognize folks is that if you are not surrounded by a support group, a team, who will hold you accountable and help you get from where you are to where you want to be, it is easy to fall back into hold habits. When this happens, we will find ourselves attempting to accomplish the same obstacles and hurdles from year to year rather than crossing out those accomplished and focusing our energy towards new opportunities. And we know what the definition of insanity is, right? Doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result! The results can only change by doing something different! That is what makes you grow to new heights!
