latest project in development - a beachfront 'cottage' in Plymouth, MA... existing 6000sf home does not include indoor pool nor open-space planning... so the design will aim to open up the interior space to create more communication between wings, as well as incorporating an 80'L indoor pool within the existing garage while extending the garage to accommodate for 2-car parking. A family was ready to move from their Upper Darby home into a suburb of Radnor Township, and settled on this ranch that is deceivingly small. With a footprint of over 3000sf, they wanted the front and rear to feel more prominent without the expense of a 2nd storey, as well as re-configuring the interior hallways and bedrooms for their specific family needs
