These courses will take place in Walker, Louisiana, from March 9–13.
The one-week Roasters/Sensory Camp will be offered as a Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) course combination, including Sensory Foundation and Roasting Foundation/Intermediate. Participants will complete a total of two online exams and one onsite practical exam. Upon successful completion, two certificates will be awarded: one for Sensory Foundation and one for Roasting Intermediate.
The total cost for the week is $1,500, plus a $50 per-course enrollment fee paid directly to the SCA. Since this program includes two courses, there will be two separate enrollment fees.
