Inspection on a 4" pump and found the rotating element with bad bearings and seal, the front plate had some cracks in it and a broken check valve. Changed the pump out with a new Cornell pump with a stainless rotating element. Installed a new banded belt.
Changed the seal In the 40hp stack pump.
Changed the grease tube on the grease trap machine.
