Happy National Give Something Away Day! Did you know Tri-CAP has a donated car program? If you are upgrading to a new vehicle, we encourage you to consider donating your old vehicle to a family in need.

Tri-CAP accepts almost any car - over 95% of vehicles proposed for donation are accepted. This can even include vehicles with mechanical problems, minor body damage, or even inoperable vehicles. Our objective is to get people access to the transportation resources they lack! (WCCA), is supporting an upcoming cooking class with Catholic Charities and the Central MN Council on Aging (CMCOA)! Beat the Heat: Summer Cooking Crockpot Lesson

This class will help participants learn simple meal preparation techniques that can save time, reduce food waste, and make healthy eating easier. Participants will:
Receive a free crockpot with their first prepared meal
Receive a free cookbook featuring dietitian-approved recipes
Learn meal prep and batch cooking strategies
Receive grocery shopping and food inventory tools
Start a personal recipe journal of favorite recipes

The class is offered on a donation basis, and no one will be turned away if they are unable to contribute.

The class is co-hosted by Catholic Charities and Wright County Community Action and is being funded in part through CMCOA as part of the Older Americans Act Nutrition Program. For more information about the class, please take a look at the photo flyer below.

Tri-CAP is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dependable individual to join our team as a Part- or Full-Time Bus Driver for our transportation services! If you are passionate about serving your community and supporting others, we want to meet you.

As a Bus Driver, you will provide courteous, curb-to-curb service to clients across Tri-CAP’s service area, and assist individuals in maintaining independence by providing a reliable public transportation option. This role requires a balance of customer service, safety-first mindset, and passion for connecting with people.

We have a variety of hours available at this time, with Relief, Part-Time or Full-Time options currently open. If you are looking to make the day a bit brighter for every passenger, and serve our mission of Helping People and Changing Lives, this is the position for you!

Tri-CAP is seeking a professional, enthusiastic individual to provide courteous service in our agency reception area! If you are looking to join a team of passionate, people-first professionals who help form the backbone of our organization, then we would love to hear from you!

This individual would provide reception and phone coverage in our agency reception area; process and route agency communications such as voicemails, email, faxes and mail; maintain our reception area and lobby; assist with training and support of new employees during orientation; and assist with administrative projects such as bulk mailings, office supply ordering and opening and closing safety checks.

This position is perfect for those who are looking to make a difference in their day-to-day work, providing direct assistance to members of their community in need. Their day to day efforts support Tri-CAP's mission of helping people and changing lives by being that first friendly face.
