Yesterday had the great pleasure to teach CPR, AED, first aid and Stop the Bleed to a group of Virginia Beach Public School teachers and administrators. Thanks to my fellow instructor Leslie Gulak for the knowledge she brought to the class. It was a lot of fun. If you are interested in holding your own class please give use a call.
