As we gather with family and friends to enjoy parades, barbecues, and fireworks, we pause to remember those who have defended our freedoms throughout our nation's history and those who continue to answer the call to serve our communities every day.

From all of us at Indian River County Fire Rescue, we are honored to stand beside the citizens we serve. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your community and for placing your trust in us.

As you celebrate this historic Independence Day, please keep safety in mind, look out for one another, and cherish the freedoms that unite us as Americans.
