I’ve been gatekeeping this method since 8th grade, but since it went viral - I came here to say YES, it works! And somehow it holds even better than iron curls for me 💁🏼‍♀️ Main rules are:

❤️ Do it on 40% dried hair (I prefer to blowdry my roots first and then do this method)
❤️Dry it for at least 10 minutes this way and always twist the hair during this process
❤️ Let it cool down while it’s twisted for as much as u can
❤️ Use hair oil afterwards to tame the frizz
