One of the greatest signs of progress in your practice is knowing when to do less.

Many people assume growth comes from pushing harder, going deeper, or choosing the most advanced variation. But a sustainable practice is built on awareness, not ego.

There will be days to challenge yourself, and there will be days to scale back. Both are equally valuable when they come from listening to your body instead of trying to prove something.

The goal isn’t to force your way into a pose. It’s to practice in a way that allows you to keep showing up for years to come.

Honor where you are today. That’s where the real practice begins.

Practice with me on for hundreds of classes and programs designed to help you build strength, mobility, and longevity in your practice.

Well… that was something else.

After 3 nights and 4 unforgettable days hosting the 2026 Inner Dimension Summit at Kripalu, my heart is overflowing with gratitude.

I couldn’t help but think back to my very first retreat there nearly 15 years ago. There were just 9 of us.

This year, we filled the Main Hall.

It’s a beautiful reminder that when you continue to show up with purpose, patience, and love, life has a way of unfolding beyond anything you could have imagined.

Together we flowed through powerful yoga, softened into yin and restorative, sat in meditation, shared wisdom, learned from one another, and gathered around a fire ceremony as a double rainbow stretched across the evening sky.

It felt like nature itself was joining the practice.

To every student who came from near and far—thank you. Your presence, openness, and courage made this gathering truly unforgettable.

The practice begins on the mat…but its true purpose is to awaken the way we live.

Blessings,
