Hi, beautiful souls! Let me introduce myself. I’m Amanda — a holistic nurse, energy medicine practitioner, and spiritual mentor. In my 14 years as a nurse and 8 years working with energy, I’ve seen and directly experienced the power of healing ourselves.

My own healing journey is how I found this work. At 17 years old, I watched my mother transition to the spirit world as we pulled her from life support. I never dealt with her death—the only coping skill I knew was to run from the pain and bury all the emotions that were too much to feel. I never realized the amount of damage this caused by creating so many unhealthy coping patterns and limiting beliefs.

My life radically shifted after I experienced energy work and deep emotional healing. The weight that was dragging me down had been lifted. The emptiness inside of me started to fill. I felt stronger. More empowered. I started to believe in myself instead of operating out of fear. I went from feeling like I was drowning ready to give up on life to igniting the fire for life.
