We are extremely busy here at Cote’s Collision. The automotive industry, such as many others, is experiencing supply issues, backorders and delays on shipments for some of our parts. We are currently short staffed, so we are trying to navigate how to efficiently and effectively communicate with our customers. As of right now, reaching out to us via email and Facebook is the best option unless it is an emergent situation. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment, please try to send us some photos and a copy of any insurance paperwork that you may have as a first step. Remember to provide your primary phone number so we are able to reach you as soon as possible. If you have paperwork for our shop to review, please send electronically or drop off in our front door mail slot if our door is locked. If we are not able to answer the phone right away, we are likely helping another client or physically working with a vehicle – please feel free to leave a voicemail.
