Solving a team issue is an in-house issue. There's absolutely no good reason to spread your team's dysfunction. You're just addind gas to the fire.
Secondly; those folks who've already spoke their reasons and issues and argue to team responses are not looking to help the team get back to work. Those folks are emotionally wounded and their feelings are not dealt with using reasoning (unresolved opportunity). These folks will only discuss feelings; not the plan or their role in the dysfunction.
It's best for all parties, then, to part ways or risk further disruption in business.
We're here for progress. Not less. Let's work on tuckin egos and selfish ambition. We've got games to win.
