Boulder Contracting, LLC. is seeking 31 temporary full-time Construction Laborers in Greene, IA and multiple locations across Butler County.

Work Dates: 10/01/2026 – 12/31/2026
Pay: $22.69/hr | Overtime: $34.04/hr
Hours: Approx. 40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri, 6 AM–6 PM (some weekends possible)

Job Duties Include:
• Concrete forming, pouring, puddling, spreading
• Raking/shoveling rock and dirt
• Stripping forms, stacking materials
• Cleaning tools, job trailers
• Covering concrete with burlap/blankets
• Use of tape measures, hand/power tools, reading blueprints

Requirements:
• 3 months concrete construction experience
• Able to carry 75 lbs for 75 yards
• Able to work in temperature extremes
• Physical activity: bend, kneel, squat, lift, etc.
• Must travel to worksites within the area
• No prior education required – on‑the‑job training provided

Additional Info:
• Housing available for workers outside commuting distance ($100/week deduction if elected)
• Optional daily transportation ($20 deduction)
• Transportation reimbursement provided per federal guidelines
• All tools and equipment provided at no cost
• Weekly pay by check
