At Live Body Brave, we blend creative expression with evidence-based mental health care to support your healing, growth, and empowerment. Our new space will offer:

I cried the whole way through. I’m so grateful to have everyone who makes art and excitement and passion possible.

My brands are changing!! Both the dance studio and counseling center will be ONE! I have loved Hipnotic Belly Dance with all my heart, but a time has come to consolidate everything. Teaching dance led me to be a therapist, and I am planning some wonderful new ways to engage in healing through movement, performance, and counseling. Let's heal in a whole new way!
